ICMR companions with BBIL for creating indigenous coronavirus vaccine


The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has partnered with a biotech agency called Biotech International Limited (BBIL) to detect vaccines for COVID-19. Both ICMR and BBIL are working on the same to get the rid of Covid-19.

A press launch from ICMR acknowledged that work on vaccine progress has been initiated between the two companions.

ICMR-NIV will current regular assist to BBIL for vaccine progress. Both entities will search fast-track approvals to expedite vaccine progress, subsequent animal analysis and medical evaluation of the candidate vaccine, the press launch added.
